Marvin, Joseph E.

Mr. Wolkoff is an associate in the Securities Department, and a member of the Litigation and Enforcement Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2010.

Past Experience

During law school, Mr. Wolkoff was a summer associate at WilmerHale. He also interned for the Honorable Barbara Jones of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and was an intern in the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of New York. While working at the United States Attorney’s Office, Mr. Wolkoff was assigned to the Organized Crime and Racketeering Unit where he assisted in drafting the government’s response to a Second Circuit habeas appeal and participated in the preparation of several criminal trials.

Prior to his legal studies, Mr. Wolkoff worked as a litigation assistant at WilmerHale where he helped to facilitate document discovery in a variety of litigation matters and participated in the Massachusetts Legal Clinic for the Homeless.
