David is licensed to practice law in Nevada, New Mexico, and North Carolina and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served in Operation Desert Storm. After his service in the Marine Corps, David attended East Carolina University where he graduated summa cum laude with high honors. David then graduated from the Syracuse University College of Law, cum laude, and was a recipient of the Dean's Scholarship, was on the Dean's List, and a member of the national moot court team.
Prior to joining Henness & Haight, David practiced extensively in insurance defense and defended corporations and insurance companies. David gained valuable insight into the insurance claims and litigation processes.
David joins Henness & Haight’s litigation team and now represents injured victims. David has extensive trial experience and is well-versed in preparing cases for both trial and settlement.
David is a member of the Clark County Bar Association and the Nevada Justice Association.
