Steve Maroney concentrates his practice in the areas of Civil Litigation, Mediation, Municipal and County Law, and Injury Litigation. He is the Madison County Attorney and the Attorney for the City of Three Way. Steve is a Rule 31 listed Civil and Family Law Mediator. He is admitted to practice in the Tennessee Supreme Court, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, and the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Steve is also a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Jackson Madison County Bar Association, the Tennessee Municipal Attorneys Association, the Tennessee Association of Property Tax Professionals, the Federalist Society, and the Republican National Lawyers Association. He is a graduate of Union University and the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis.
