Focusing primarily on property, custody and support issues, Zachary P. Marsh has represented clients in all types of legal matters. He understands that when the financial well-being of a client and their children are at stake, emotions run high. His clients rely on him to help them through a very stressful experience and navigate the complex issues surrounding discovery, negotiations, motions and trial.

Zachary recently joined Kathleen M. Newman + Associates, P.A., as an Attorney. Most recently, he served as Senior Staff Attorney for Legal Assistance of Olmsted County since 2008. In addition, he previously served as Law Clerk for Michael J. Pitton, P.A., and as a Legal Extern for the Hon. Robert W. Pratt, U.S. District Court in Des Moines, Iowa.
