David is part of our firm's pharmaceutical drug and medical device litigation team. He currently represents clients who were injured by exposure to gadolinium-based contrast agents. He is also involved in representing clients who were injured by hip implant devices manufactured by DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc. David's previous experience includes complex tort litigation such as the VIOXX® and the Ford/Firestone SUV rollover cases, and consumer rights and employment class actions. Prior to becoming an attorney, David was a research chemist in the pharmaceutical drug-development industry.
David received his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law in 2007, and his B.S. in chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley in 2001.
