His experience covers technologies such as semiconductor circuitry, fabrication and packaging, internet and World Wide Web systems and protocols, computer hardware and software, electronic commerce systems, computer networking, telecommunications, digital image processing, digital cameras, paging control systems, optic lenses, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, diagnostic equipment, automotive control systems and components, Christmas ornaments, and many other products.

David has been lead counsel in federal district courts throughout the country, in the U.S. International Trade Commission, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Representative clients in public matters include Freescale Semiconductor, IBM, Kyocera, Micron, Motorola, Nikon, and Texas Instruments.
