Brandon R. Wind dedicates his time and focuses his practice to the areas of commercial litigation, the formation and representation of small to medium sized businesses, real estate, zoning, and liquor license matters.
Since 1997 Mr. Wind has represented a myriad of clients, including online retailers, non-profits, manufacturers, homeowner associations and restaurants. He routinely advises his clients on contracts, restrictive covenants, zoning issues, liquor license issues, assists in both acquisitions and sale of businesses and a multitude of other issues that small businesses deal with regularly.
He is currently admitted to the Bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Further Mr. Wind is admitted to the Federal Courts for the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York.
Mr. Wind graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in 1993 with an AB degree in Government and obtained his Juris Doctorate degree in 1996 from the Hofstra University School of Law.
Brandon is the Vice Chairman of the Newtown Township Zoning Hearing Board and a past president of the Newtown Library Company. He donates countless hours to non-profits including the Newtown Elementary School PTO and the Greater New Hope Chamber of Commerce. Brandon has also been an active Brother in Newtown Masonic Lodge 427 since 2006.
