Attorney Eisenberg is a 1971 graduate of Rutgers University in New Jersey. He attended New England School of Law in Boston and graduated summa cum laude and first in his law school class in 1976. Upon graduation, he received the Amos L. Taylor Award for Excellence in Scholarship and the Board of Trustee Award for Highest Academic Achievement. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and is licensed to practice in the Federal Courts.
Attorney Eisenberg began working with Attorney Cosgrove in 1976 and became a partner in 1980. He concentrates his practice in civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury and construction law. He is a member of the Quincy Bar Association and the Norfolk County Bar Association. He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Attorneys, the American Board of Trial Advocates, and the American Bar Foundation. Attorney Eisenberg is a Trustee and Brandeis Life Fellow of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation and received the President’s Award in 2011.
