Claire A. Manning has over thirty years of substantial legal experience in environmental law, labor and employment law, regulatory and administrative law and procedures. Manning represents corporate, government and association clients in a wide variety of environmental, administrative and labor and employment matters. She has represented clients in the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals; the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois; the Illinois Appellate Courts; the Illinois Supreme Courts, various circuit courts, the Illinois Pollution Control Board, the Illinois Commerce Commission and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.

Sierra Club v. Illinois Pollution Control Board (Ill. S. Ct., October 27, 2011 Docket No. 110882) Represented Peoria Disposal in argument before Illinois Supreme Court and underlying Adjusted Standard proceeding before the Illinois Pollution Control Board.
In the Matter of Site Specific Rule for the City of Galva (Illinois Pollution Control Board, R-09-11) Represented the City of Galva in achieving a site specific rule for alternative boron standard.
