NATHAN D. MARINOFF is Counsel to the Firm. Mr. Marinoff specializes in corporate law and has extensive experience with complex transactions, corporate governance and capital markets. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Marinoff served as Senior Director, Legal at Patriarch Partners, LLC, a New York-based private equity firm. Before joining Patriarch, Mr. Marinoff served as Deputy General Counsel at Virgin Mobile USA, where he directed legal activities relating to the company's initial public offering, managed post-IPO corporate governance and was responsible for legal oversight of the company's merger and integration with Sprint Nextel. Mr. Marinoff has practiced general corporate and securities law with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. He is a former federal law clerk and a graduate of Trinity College, the University of Pennsylvania Law School and the London School of Economics and Political Science.
