Marcus, Daniel P.

Laura L. Mancuso graduated from the University of Oregon in 1990 with a double major in Political Science and Psychology, and graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1997.  Ms. Mancuso has been a member of the Washington State Bar since 1997 and a member of the Oregon State Bar since 2002.

Prior to law school, Ms. Mancuso worked in human resources.  After graduating from law school, she practiced misdemeanor criminal defense exclusively for four years.  Although raised in Oregon, she has many extended family members in the Vancouver area.  After moving to the area in 2001, she practiced criminal defense and personal injury at another Vancouver firm before opening her own law office. She successfully ran a solo practice for four years.  Ms. Mancuso is a retired member of the Air Force Reserve. She was first enlisted for 10 years and then a commissioned officer for over 10 years.

Ms. Mancuso's practice areas include criminal defense, DUI, DUII, traffic offenses, vacating and sealing convictions, family law, probate and estate planning.

Jodi Whittaker graduated from Clark College with an Associate in Applied Science degree. Ms. Whittaker has been working in the Family Law area since 1989 and is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of Family Law. Her love of the field allows her to be rational and compassionate when working with difficult situations. Ms. Whittaker was born and raised in Vancouver and enjoys spending time with her family.
