Karen Mancuso has been practicing in the area of elder law since 1987. She was previously associated with the firm of Freedman and Fish and presently is associated with the firm of Lamson & Petroff. She has experience in many areas of elder law practice, including guardianships, supplemental needs trusts, Medicaid planning, fair hearings, estate planning, and estate administration.
Ms. Mancuso is a graduate of Colgate University and Cornell Law School. She received her Masters in Taxation from New York University Law School, and is currently a member of the New York State Bar Association Committee on Trusts and Estates and Elder Law.
Ms. Mancuso was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1980 and has practiced in the area of trusts and estates since 1988.
