A native Chicagoan, Mr. Magerski has been an associate of the firm since 2011. He limits his practice to bankruptcy law and consumer rights.
Mr. Magerski holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Science from Governor's State University. Mr. Magerski also holds an Associate’s Degree in Political Science. He went on to complete his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. While at Cooley, Mr. Magerski was a recipient of the Dean’s List Award. Additionally, during his tenure at Cooley, Mr. Magerski had both the honor and privilege of interning for the Honorable Calvin E. Osterhaven.
