Ginny Willcox is an associate in the Birmingham office and a member of the firm's Labor & Employment and Litigation Practice Groups.

Ginny's primary labor and employment practice includes representing management and employers in litigation and appeals. Ginny has experience in matters arising out of numerous federal and state laws, including: Title V11 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; The Civil Rights Act of 1991; 42 U.S.C.  1981, 1983, 1995; The Americans with Disabilities Act; The Family and Medical Leave Act; The Fair Labor Standards Act; Workers' Compensation; The Employee Retirement and Income Security Act; and State-Law torts arising out of the employment relationship.

As a member of the firm's Litigation Section, Ginny has experience in title insurance litigation, real property litigation, healthcare litigation, and construction litigation. Ginny is a member of the firm's Real Estate Focus Group.
