Mahoney, Timothy M

Ms. Madanipour has a broad range of legal and trial experience. Before joining Enterprise Counsel Group, Ms. Madanipour represented businesses and business owners in civil litigation, construction disputes and, most recently, divorces, involving multi-million dollar marital estates and complex business valuations. Ms. Madanipour specializes in "executive" and high-asset clients. She regularly works with leading experts, including forensic accountants, vocational, and compensation experts in preparing for litigation. Ms. Madanipour has a passion for people and excellence. She is dedicated to her clients and works hard to achieve the results they deserve.

Ms. Madanipour graduated with honors from California State University at Fullerton in 1999. After obtaining her Bachelors degree, Ms. Madanipour began a career as a pharmaceutical representative with a top pharmaceutical firm. After several successful years in the industry, Ms. Madanipour decided to attend law school. Ms. Madanipour was awarded an academic scholarship to attend Western State University and during her studies there, Ms. Madanipour achieved multiple accolades for her academic achievements. Among them is a Witkin Award in pre-trial litigation and recognition as a moot court finalist. During her last year of law school, Ms. Madanipour served as a Certified Student Attorney with the law school's free family legal clinic and obtained the second largest trial award won for any client in the Western State University legal clinic's history.

Ms. Madanipour is a proud member of the California State Bar and the Orange County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Family Law and Real Estate sections of the Orange County Bar Association.

Ms. Madanipour regularly dedicates her time to the children of various organizations. She has organized multiple events for the children at Orangewood Children's Home, including Easter egg hunts, Easter basket donation, and Christmas gift drives. She has also been instrumental in coordinating and assisting with international relief funds and telethons through C.H.I.L.D., Children's Hope International Literacy and Development.
