Todd J. Wieseneck is Of Counsel to the firm providing tax expertise to the firm's Estate Planning, Business Law, and Real Estate groups.  He has expertise in a wide variety of tax areas, including estate and transfer taxes, income taxation of individuals, entities (corporate, partnership and LLC), trusts and estates and real estate taxation. His practice encompasses estate planning (including the preparation of Will sand Trusts), income tax planning and controversies, tax planning for business entity formation, purchase and sale of small to medium size businesses, business succession planning and real estate transactions.  In addition to his legal practice, Todd has worked in the tax departments of several accounting firms, where he has worked on tax and accounting issues for high net worth individuals and families, real estate developers, partnerships and foreign investors.  His experience and rapport with accountants is an advantage in addressing the needs of clients for a comprehensive approach to their business and tax concerns.

Todd is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, Harvard Law School and the Graduate Tax Program of New York University School of Law, where he received his LL.M.
