MacDonald, Timothy J.

Paul Lund is Of Counsel to the firm. A Dallas native, his practice consists of representation of citizens accused of criminal offenses in the greater north Texas area. Mr. Lund is a graduate of Wake Forest University and Tulane University Law School. While at Tulane he was the Senior Articles Editor of The Sports Lawyers Journal and a member of the Criminal Defense Clinic. Mr. Lund has been trying major criminal defense cases since he was still in law school.

Mr. Lund is licensed to practice law in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He is a member of the Texas State Bar Association, Texas Young Lawyers Association as well as the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Mr. Lund is also a graduate of the TCDLA's Trial College.
