Brent has been a member of the Idaho State Bar since 2002. He is admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in Idaho and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Brent's law practice encompasses representation of businesses and individuals in a wide range of activities including transactions and litigation, with a special emphasis in business and commercial law, real estate, building construction and constitutional law. Other practice areas Brent engages in include insurance defense, criminal defense and estate planning.
