Mr. Lundy received his B.A. from Hunter College, City University of New York, and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. Mr. Lundy is admitted to practice in New York, New York's Southern and Eastern Districts, and the Second, Third, Fifth, Seventh, and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals. His notable decisions include Mendez v. Holder, 566 F.3d 316 (2d Cir. 2009) and Qi Liang Chen v. Napolitano, 651 F. Supp. 2d 63 (S.D.N.Y. 2009). Mr. Lundy is a member of the AILA, the New York County Lawyers' Association, AILA's Committee on the Federal Courts, and the Immigration Law Committee. In addition, as Co-Chair on the Subcommittee on Immigration Report Recommendations, Mr. Lundy co-authored the NYCLA Committee on the Federal Courts Committee report in January of 2010.
