Eds practice encompasses more than forty years of experience in litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies including the National Labor Relations Board, the former Interstate Commerce Commission (now Surface Transportation Board), the Colorado Civil Rights Commission, the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Federal Reserve Board, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Colorado Public Utilities Commission. Ed has extensive experience in both civil trials and appeals, as well as in the arbitration and mediation of disputes, and has been counsel of record in more than 35 reported cases in federal and state appellate courts. Prior to obtaining his law degree, Ed served as a commissioned officer in the United States Navy from 1953-1956.
