Mr. Welsh is the founding member of the Welsh Law Group, PLC. Mr. Welsh represents insurance companies, businesses and individuals in construction litigation, general liability defense, subrogation, business and corporate planning and general business litigation.
Mr. Welsh is a 2000 graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law and is licensed to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Arizona. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, Construction Law Section. He is a volunteer lawyer for Community Legal Services and has served as an Adjunct Instructor of Legal Studies at several ABA approved community colleges in Maricopa County, Arizona.
