Greg Weselka primarily practices in the areas of securities litigation and complex corporate litigation. Over the course of his career he has been involved in a number of shareholder class actions, derivative cases, SEC matters, and internal investigations. His practice also includes corporate governance counseling, director and officer indemnification, and insurance matters. In addition, Greg has experience in class actions and mass tort litigation involving consumer, toxic tort, and product liability claims. Representative clients in recent public matters include Dell, Electronic Data Systems, Frito-Lay, Hotels.com, Michaels Stores, Pepsi Bottling Group, Pillowtex, SOURCECORP, and USAA.

Greg is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association and has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Western, Southern, and Eastern Districts of Texas as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
