Marie H. Lowe practices exclusively in the field of immigration and nationality law with special emphasis in business immigration, assisting U.S. and international companies, entrepreneurs, and professionals with temporary work-authorized status, permanent residence, naturalized citizenship, and employer Form I-9 compliance. She has practiced immigration law since approximately 1987 and established her own law firm in 1998. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Colorado Bar Association, Denver Bar Association, and Colorado Women's Bar Association. Ms. Lowe served as Chapter Chair of the Colorado Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association during 1998 to 1999 and Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and Membership Chair during the previous four years. She was Treasurer of the Colorado Women's Bar Association from 2000 to 2001. Her firm is listed in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, and she was a Denver Business Journal Best of the Bar Awards finalist in 2005. She received her J.D. degree from the University of Colorado School of Law, her M.A. degree in French from the University of Virginia, and her B.A. degree in French from The Ohio State University.
