Mr. Loggins, a senior partner, oversees cases involving general and commercial aviation, trucking and food product liability. He also has extensive experience in handling all aspects of asbestos litigation. Mr. Loggins has cultivated a unique expertise handling legislative and governmental matters before the Georgia General Assembly. He is also an experienced mediator.

Mr. Loggins was born in Toccoa, Georgia, on October 13, 1941. He attended Dartmouth College and received a B.A. in 1963. In 1966, Mr. Loggins received an LL.B. from Vanderbilt University and is a member of the Order of the Coif. Mr. Loggins belongs to the Atlanta and the American Bar Associations and the State Bar of Georgia, where he served as Chairman of the Aviation Section from 1982 to 1983. He is also a member of the Lawyers Club of Atlanta, the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, the Defense Research Institute, Inc., and the Lawyer-Pilot Bar Association.
