Paul received his undergraduate and law degrees from Indiana University-Bloomington, graduating law school magna cum laude and ORDER OF THE COIF and was a member of INDIANA LAW JOURNAL. Paul is admitted generally to practice in the State of Illinois, United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Illinois, Eastern District of Michigan and is a Member of the Northern District Trial Bar. Paul has been admitted to practice pro hac vice in several state and federal courts, including New Jersey, Idaho, New Mexico, California and Florida.
Paul has litigated numerous class actions in state and federal courts. Prior to founding Complex Litigation Group LLC, Paul practiced for four years at the Seattle, Washington office of what was then known as Hagens & Berman, focusing exclusively on plaintiff consumer class actions.
