This experience allowed Mr. Lopardo to become a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), an exclusive invitation-only organization of jury trial lawyers. In addition to complex real estate and business litigation, Mr. Lopardo has represented hundreds of select personal injury clients. Having grown up on an avocado ranch and worked construction through school, he has applied hands-on experience to millions of dollars in agriculture and construction disputes.
Mr. Lopardo is one of the few attorneys with this type of litigation experience who also actively practices transactional law. For 25 years, he has used his litigation experience to draft business documents that avoid litigation, specializing in the consultation and preparation of complex real estate development agreements, partnership and limited liability company agreements, corporation agreements, business planning, and commercial buy-sell agreements for raw land, subdivisions, commercial properties, commercial leases, subdivision developments, and over 100 million dollars in various real estate developments, joint ventures, and other transactions.
The son of one of North San Diego County's original Judges, Fiorenzo V. Lopardo, Mr. Lopardo has lived in Fallbrook, California for 32 years and is an active Rotarian. He is an avid cyclist and skier. He has the highest attorney rating in America, (Av) by Martindale and Hubbell.
