After spending 7 years representing employers and their insurance carriers, Justin decided to focus his practice on representing injured workers and specifically, helping them to navigate the workers' compensation system. Justin's experience provides him with a unique insight into defense tactics frequently aimed at delaying the delivery of benefits.

Justin was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. He comes from a family of legal professionals, the majority of whom specialized in employment-related fields. Justin went to college at the University of Washington and law school at Santa Clara University. Once out of law school, Justin began to practice in the field of workers' compensation. He became a partner at a prominent workers' compensation defense firm where he represented both large self-insured employers as well as many different insurance carriers. When he began to see that injured workers often had a difficult time collecting benefits to which they should be entitled, Justin decided to make the transition to representing injured workers.

When he is not advocating on behalf of a client, you can usually find Justin watching a ball game and/or spending time with his family.
