Mr. Lipinsky has been recognized by Inland Empire Magazine's Top Lawyers 2010, 2011, and 2012 Editions, and has been honored by the California Employment Lawyers Association for his litigation successes. Mr. Lipinsky was also honored in 2012 by Super Lawyers Magazine as a "Rising Star" in the area of Employment Litigation, and again in 2013 as a "Super Lawyer" in the area of Employment Litigation, ranking him among the top 5% of all attorneys in Southern California.
