Paul Lin's practice focuses on cross-border corporate transactions, M&A/takeovers, corporate finance, and serving the role of outside general counsel for clients in coordinating litigation, intellectual property, and matters in other practice areas. He advises clients ranging from multinational public corporations and Chinese state-owned enterprises to medium and small privately held businesses in a broad range of industry segments, including high-tech, consumer products, infrastructure and city development, automotive, green energy, and biotech.

Paul's recent representations include Image Holdings Corporation's acquisition of InFocus Corporation, Vmedia Research's financing transaction, and project structure and financing transactions for Pan China International Holdings, Ltd. He represents VIZIO and AmTran Technology in a number of intellectual property litigation matters in the U.S. and various other Asia-based clients in litigation matters.

He is a frequent speaker at forums such as the Caijing Conference in Beijing, PRC, on cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
