Hamilton Lindley focuses on complex business litigation, including shareholder disputes, real estate litigation, class actions and personal injury lawsuits. He strives to make complicated matters simple and has grown a reputation for client-driven results.
Since his graduation from Baylor Law School, he has routinely opposed the most powerful law firms in the country in lawsuits involving "bet the company" litigation. Due to his experience in significant securities litigation matters, several law journals have published his essays on the topic. With relationships across the United States and Canada, he provides personal service to his international client base while ensuring each case is effectively litigated.
He has been named "Rising Star" by Texas Monthly magazine, has been elected Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, and is currently President-Elect of the Dallas Federal Bar Association. He is also involved in the curriculum for continuing legal education with the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
As a nationwide litigator, he is a member of all Texas Federal and state courts, the Southern District of Indiana and Northern District of Illinois. He is also a member of the United States Supreme Court, and the Second, Fifth, Ninth, and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal.
