Past Experience
Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Libka worked as an independent consultant for the World Intellectual Property Organization in the development of a comprehensive database of global IP and IP-related laws. While attending the University of Michigan Law School, Ms. Libka was an extern in the Office of Legal Counsel for the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva, Switzerland.
As an intern for the Hastings Center in Garrison, New York, Ms. Libka conducted research on bioethics topics, including scientific assumptions in neuroimaging and the legal rights of genetic but not gestational mothers. Ms. Libka was also a chief of staff intern to former President William J. Clinton.
