Douglas joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in 2005. His areas of practice include motor vehicle liability (DART First State Public Transportation) premises liability, general liability, and medical malpractice.
Douglas graduated from Rutgers College in New Brunswick, New Jersey, in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Thereafter, he attended Widener University School of Law where he obtained his J.D. in 2004. During his final year of law school, he had the opportunity to serve as a Judicial Extern in the Supreme Court of Delaware for the Honorable Chief Justice Myron T. Steele.
Upon obtaining his Juris Doctorate, Douglas served as law clerk to the Honorable William L. Witham, Jr. in Kent County Superior Court from 2004-2005. He was admitted to practice law in Delaware and New Jersey in 2005.
