Upon graduation from law school, Mr.Caldarone worked as a labor and employment associate and general commercial litigator at a mid-size Chicago law firm. In 2008, Mr. Caldarone joined Laner, Muchin, Dombrow, Becker, Levin & Tominberg, Ltd. where he concentrates his practice in counseling both public and private employers in compliance matters involving state and federal employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, WARN, Illinois Human Rights Act, Illinois Minimum Wage Law, and the Illinois Wage Payment and Collection Act, drafting and reviewing employee handbooks and personnel policies, conducting employee non-discrimination and sexual-harassment training, and representing employers before administrative agencies such as the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Illinois Department of Human Rights, the Illinois Department of Labor, and the Illinois Labor Relations Board.
