Jim Levin is a partner focusing his practice in the area of real estate, real estate finance and municipal finance. He has represented developers, owners, and lenders in connection with industrial facilities, office buildings, mixed use developments, neighborhood shopping centers, "big box" developments, regional shopping centers and both market rate and government assisted multi-family residential developments and both taxable and tax exempt financing. Mr. Levin was formerly the Chairman and a member of the Management Committee and the head of the Real Estate Practice Group at Michael Best.
