Frank represented his first disability benefits client more than 30 years ago when his late wife became incapacitated by MS. Since then, he has represented thousands of individuals in social security disability insurance (SSDI) and supplemental security income (SSI) claims. Frank has served as a director of the National Organizations of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR). He is a frequent presenter at national, regional, state and local events sponsored by NOSSCR and other groups that advocate for the disabled.
