Marci Iseminger was raised in Kingsley, Iowa and graduated from Iowa State University in 1985. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver College of Law in 1991. After practicing law with a firm in Denver for several years, Marci returned to Siouxland and joined the firm in 1999.
Marci was admitted to practice law in Colorado in 1992, in Iowa in 1999, and in Nebraska in 2009. Her general practice includes, but is not limited to, employment law, real estate foreclosures, bank collections, insurance defense, personal injury and business litigation. She maintains memberships with the Iowa State Bar Association (Section of Litigation), Nebraska State Bar Association and Woodbury County Bar Association.
In 2006, the Supreme Court of Iowa appointed Marci to the Advisory Committee on Rules of Civil Procedure for a three-year term, and she is currently serving a second three-year term ending June 30, 2012. In 2011, Marci was appointed as a member of the Woodbury County Bar Association Nominating Committee to serve a five-year term ending June 30, 2016.
Marci graduated from the Leadership Siouxland program in 2001 and is a member of the Siouxland Chamber of Commerce Small Business Committee.
