It is difficult to find an attorney as experienced and aggressive as me. Even when I was still in law school, I spent my extra hours working for a California Supreme Court Justice, the Senior Presiding Justice of the California Appellate Courts, and served on the Executive Staff of the Attorney General of California. The lessons I learned were invaluable.

After passing the bar exam on my first try, I served the State of California as Deputy Attorney General for six years. I worked on some of the biggest cases in the State, and I did so with great success. As Deputy Attorney General, I served the people in major class actions and other major cases with statewide, and often nationwide, ramifications. I was honored to be recognized for my success, as I was invited to lecture on law at Duke University Law School, the University of San Diego Law School, and Hastings College of the Law, and participated in the Law Review Publications of many other Universities.

I came to the private sector in 2004, where I continued to serve the public through major cases. In the past years, I have tried countless jury trials, and been lead counsel on precedent-setting cases that resulted in landmark decisions in employment law, civil rights, criminal law and consumer protection. Again, I was honored to be recognized for my success, as I have been invited to teach State Bar approved courses on the practice of law to other attorneys who are interested in furthering their own expertise by learning from me.

Few other attorneys have the experience and record that I have. And no other attorney fights for my clients like I do. The reason I have been so successful is because I put my client above all else, and I use all my experience, all my skill, and everything else in my power to get you the best result possible.
