Levites, Paul C.

Mr. Levine practices in the Firm's Pharmaceutical Products and Toxic Torts & Products Liability groups, where he works primarily on the defense of mass tort pharmaceutical products liability litigation. Mr. Levine has extensive experience deposing plaintiffs, treating physicians, and other fact witnesses in serial products liability litigation. He also regularly researches and briefs all manner of issues on behalf of Firm clients, including evidentiary motions in limine, Daubert motions, and other dispositive motions.

Mr. Levine actively participates in the Firm's pro bono program, and in this capacity he has argued before the District of Columbia Superior Court as guardian ad litem for a ten-year-old autistic child in a parental custody dispute. Mr. Levine also regularly tutors children in math and reading at The SEED School of Washington, D.C.

Mr. Levine served as a student instructor in the Legal Research and Writing Program while at The George Washington University Law School. He is a graduate of the Firm's 2007 Summer Associate program
