Joanne Wallace's practice focuses on the employee benefits aspects of corporate acquisitions, dispositions, and mergers. She has experience preparing equity incentive arrangements and employment, severance, and change-of-control agreements.

Joanne participates in the Constitutional Rights Foundation Chicago's "Lawyers in the Classroom" program and volunteers as a reading tutor in the Chicago Public Schools through "Working in the Schools," a local nonprofit program.

Joanne is a member of The Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
