Amanda Walker is a senior associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Investigations and Criminal Litigation Group. She joined the firm in 2008.
Practice
Ms. Walker’s practice focuses on government and internal investigations, complex civil litigation, and international matters. She has represented institutions and individuals in complex investigations involving Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) violations, litigation involving intellectual property disputes, and matters involving international law and dispute resolution.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Walker completed an externship for the Honorable Charles R. Breyer for the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. She also spent two years in Ningbo, China on a Yale-China fellowship and interned for the US Department of State in Montevideo, Uruguay.
Professional Activities
Ms. Walker is a member of the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles.
