Mr. Lester has over 40 years experience in the corporate arena, concentrating primarily in the areas of joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions (both domestic and international), corporate finance and securities law matters. Mr. Lester served as Managing Partner of our firm from 2000-2009 and during that same period served as our firm's representative to the Euro-American Lawyers Group.
