Andrew Capobianco joined MF&L as an associate in 2008. Mr. Capobianco practices primarily in the areas of trucking defense, aviation litigation, complex commercial litigation, premises liability, construction litigation and insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Capobianco also has experience handling legal matters involving commercial subrogation, employment law, regulatory compliance for automobile dealerships and claims asserted by consumers under Georgia's Lemon Law.
Mr. Capobianco was born in Titusville, Florida. He attended Florida State University, where he received a B.S. magna cum laude, in Multinational Business Operations in 2005. He then attended Georgia State University College of Law, where he earned his J.D., cum laude, in 2008. While attending law school, he interned for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services helping to ensure that long term medical care facilities maintained a safe environment and high level of care for their patients. As a student he was a member of the Georgia State Law School Moot Court Board. Additionally, he was a finalist in the prestigious Intrastate Moot Court Tournament. He now is a member of the Young Lawyers Division Intrastate Moot Court Tournament Committee, which is responsible for all aspects of organizing and conducting this tournament. Mr. Capobianco is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, American Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute.
