Elena Voss represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. Elena has defended clients in a range of employment-related litigation, arbitration, and administrative agency proceedings, including federal and state discrimination, wage/hour, and contract claims, as well as traditional labor matters. She has counseled employers on a variety of labor and employment compliance issues, including employee handbooks, personnel policies, wage/hour issues, personnel actions, privacy issues, labor contract administration, and collective bargaining.

Elena is also a trained mediator and served as president of the Harvard Mediation Program, a community mediation program providing services in the greater Boston area.
