Mr. Capusan, who is of counsel to Kravet & Vogel, LLP, received his Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University Law School where he focused on intellectual property and health care law. Today he assists clients in the areas of business, trademark and copyright law. He counsels technology companies and helps clients navigate the internet and new media landscape. He is also a speaker at the NYU Poly incubator where he raises awareness among start-ups and growing businesses about intellectual property and business law issues. Mr. Capusan previously worked at the Attorney General's Office in the consumer protection division where he advised about licensure violations of health care professionals. He received an undergraduate degree in philosophy where he was awarded departmental honors for excellence in philosophical scholarship. Tudor is active in a number of professional organizations including the New York City Bar Association, the New York City Bar Chorus, and the New York County Lawyers' Association. He is licensed to practice in New York State and is admitted before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. In his spare time, he likes to play guitar and to do pro bono work for the Volunteer Lawyer for the Arts (VLA) program that supports artists with their legal needs.
