During law school he completed an internship with Major John Adams of the JAG Corps. at Fort Dix, NJ and served as a law clerk for Joseph Carnell of Carnell & Associates in Oklahoma City, OK.
After law school he relocated to Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania and served as an assistant public defender in Monroe County, Pennsylvania. As a public defender he assisted indigent clients and juveniles in criminal matters, mental health proceedings, dependency hearings, protection from abuse matters, and child support proceedings.
In November, 1999 he accepted appointment to the Monroe County District Attorney's Office. As an assistant district attorney he represented the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in thousands of criminal matters ranging from summary traffic violations to capital murder trials. In 2002, Donald M. Leeth entered private practice with the firm of Primrose, Lyons & Quigley, a general practice firm located in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.
In 2004, Donald M. Leeth opened his own law office in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. He is dedicated to building strong relationships with his clients to ease the stress and uncertainty of the legal process. While experienced in a number of areas in the law, his practice focuses on Criminal Law and Family Law.
