Dan Volkmuth has extensive experience in many kinds of complex litigation before state and federal courts, and before the International Trade Commission, including product liability, government regulation, constitutional law, commercial law, contracts, patent, trademark infringement, and unfair competition. Dan specializes in brief writing and in this role has participated in numerous pieces of major litigation.

Prior to attending law school, Dan worked as a research and development engineer at IBM Burlington and at IBM East Fishkill's Advanced Semiconductor Technology Center. His work focused on process development for DRAM devices.
