Merisa Vinick graduated from Rutgers University School of Law in 2007, where she worked in the Special Education Legal Clinic in the Eric R. Neisser Public Interest Program, and served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Dennis M. Cavanaugh, U.S. District Court Judge, District of New Jersey. Upon graduation she was extended an offer from Wolff & Samson PC, where she worked for two years primarily in its environmental litigation department. Thereafter, Merisa joined Stewart Occhipinti LLP, a small Manhattan litigation boutique, focusing on insurance litigation. Upon her departure there in 2009, she joined the Vinick law firm on a part time basis, and spends the rest of her time engaged in the non-profit sector as a volunteer attorney at the Anti-Defamation League in its New York regional office as well as at the New York Legal Assistance Group in its Disability Advocacy Project. Merisa is also a contributing editor for several media outlets.
