Jennifer Laufgas is a 2006 graduate of the University of Florida College of Law, and is a proud "Double Gator" having also received her undergraduate degree in Marketing, from the University of Florida College of Business Administration, Ms. Laufgas received the Book Award in Trial Practice for mock trials in 2006. In 2008, Ms. Laufgas was admitted to practice law in Florida. She was admitted to the Federal District Court (Southern District of Florida) in 2009. Ms. Laufgas has handled numerous mediations and modifications over the last four years, and has represented hundreds of homeowners in foreclosure proceedings and trials. She is a founding member of the Side-Kick Foundation, a not-for-profit corporation, which assists the elderly, special needs, and at-risk children with scholarships for martial art programs.
