Lawler, Kimberly A.

Kim Lawler's practice involves general commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, and development of office, retail, and industrial real estate assets, as well as commercial leasing for landlords and tenants. She has represented public and private companies in connection with the acquisition and disposition of shopping centers, wind farms, hotels, office buildings, and warehouses in single and multiple property portfolio transactions.

Representative transactions include the $252 million acquisition of 17 multifamily projects for JRK Birchmont Advisors, the $80.1 million sale of Dupont Centre office building for Crescent Real Estate Equities, and leasing work for Meadowlands Development. Other clients Kim has worked with include CalEast Industrial Investors, Endesa, JPMorgan Chase Bank, and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds.

Kim is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar. She is also a member of the Dallas chapter of the Federalist Society and the Dallas diocesan St. Thomas More Society.
