John D. Lamely III graduated, cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law in 2001. Prior to founding Lamely Law Firm, Mr. Lamely clerked for the Honorable Paulette Kane Flynn in Ramsey County, practiced tax law at Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP, and was in-house counsel for Marquette Financial Companies. Mr. Lamely concentrates his practice on personal and business bankruptcy, secured lending, and general business and corporate law. Mr. Lacey’s passion is helping debtors through the complex bankruptcy code to ensure them a fresh start. Mr. Lamely also represents clients in contested bankruptcies and other litigation in bankruptcy court. Mr. Lamely is a member of the American Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association, the MSBA Bankruptcy Section, and is the Editor-in-Chief of the Bankruptcy Section's Case Update Publication. Mr. Lamely also volunteers his time to SMRLS.
